Dear Friends and Neighbors,
Here's a bit about Me:
Nicole Stewart embodies leadership resilience and a dedication to preserving history and education. As the CEO of the Viola Heritage House Museum, her commitment to making history accessible and meaningful resonates through her relief efforts.
With a rich and diverse background, Nicole has excelled in various roles that showcase her passion for caregiving and entrepreneurship. As a dedicated Director at Dynasty Homecare & Referral Services, she brings a wealth of experience assisting seniors during their transitions from critical hospital care to hospice support.
Hailing from the culturally vibrant city of New Orleans, LA, Nicole's compassionate approach has provided invaluable assistance to countless families navigating the challenges of the journey. Nicole's influence extends even further as the proud owner of an online holiday gift boutique called Shimmer Me. She's a successful professional who gracefully balances work and personal life while enjoying her role as a mother to two children and a grandmother to three adorable grandchildren.
Nicole's passion for heritage preservation and education stems from her fascination with the stories of the past. Being from New Orleans, a culturally rich city, she was exposed to the significance of heritage from an early age. Taking the helm at the Viola Heritage House Museum was pivotal for Nicole. The historical importance of the museum, as the former residence of Mrs. Viola Gilmore Randle – the trailblazing first African-American Female Mayor of Fulshear, struck a profound chord within Nicole's heart. Recognizing the urgency of commemorating the achievements of African-American women in the region, Nicole embarked on a mission to make the Viola Heritage House a beacon of heritage and inspiration.
However, Nicole's impact reaches far beyond physical exhibits. She's a driving force behind initiatives that bring history to life for diverse audiences. Collaborating closely with local schools, she's developed innovative educational programs that give students a rich understanding of their town's history. Nicole's commitment to inclusivity ensures that young learners and interested visitors can connect with Fulshear's heritage, cultivating a sense of pride and belonging.
Nicole's dedication to accessible and engaging heritage preservation leaves an indelible mark on Fulshear's cultural landscape. Her tireless efforts, leadership, and commitment make her an inspiration to women aspiring to create lasting change through history education and community engagement.
